Our last guest is Amanda “Mandy” Hale, RN, vice president of nursing and leads nursing strategy at DaVita Kidney Care she discusses that one in seven U.S. Adults has Kidney Disease. And the Health Tour in California that was Launched to Provide Health Screenings & Kidney Care Education.  Recently there was  DaVita Kidney Care launched a California bus tour that visited 18 California communities from Sacramento to San Diego in  April and May to provide free health screenings and kidney care education. Mandy holds an associate’s in nursing degree from Kishwaukee College in Malta, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master of Science in nursing degree from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. Additionally, she earned her MBA from Lewis University. She recently completed her Doctor of Nursing practice degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. 2017 was the most expensive hurricane season in U.S. history.
