Jonathan Stanley, Communications Director for Vanguard Communications will discuss the latest Survey and research they found  for this latest Survey.

According to research by Vanguard Communications, a national healthcare marketing and practice management consulting firm, patients are much more likely to both publicly laud and lambaste their experience with physicians when compared to restaurants and hotels. The data suggests that people’s experiences with doctors are distinctly polarizing, while their expectations of restaurants and hotels are more nuanced. It becomes clear that the polarizing effects of a disappointing patient experience are more dangerous to physicians and their medical practices than to other businesses.
