Dale is an entrepreneur, mother, wife, health coach, teacher, philanthropist, cancer survivor, life enthusiast and adventurer whose primary residence is New York City.  She thrives on opportunities within the Big Apple but is an ocean beach and country girl at heart.  She travels extensively and lives part-time in Hermosa Beach, CA.  Dale believes in win-win-win situations and has a passion for connecting, empowering and assisting others to make dreams become reality. She is an eternal optimist who loves challenges and believes anything is possible.  One of her mottos is: See it, then Be it!

After obtaining degrees in business and marketing, she worked as a clothing production manager, sales representative, designer and owner of a sportswear company before finding her calling as a model and business owner. Dale was one of the fashion industry’s most successful Ford models for nearly two decades before she founded TRUE Model Management. During her career as a professional model, she worked with the most reputable fashion influencers including designers: Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Oscar de la Renta, Tommy Hilfiger, Oleg Cassini, Ralph Lauren, Nicole Miller and many more.

TRUE was originally created to manage her own modeling career but has expanded into a full service management company representing fit, show and print models around the world.  TRUE is a pioneer in the fashion industry honoring diversity in all ethnicities, sizes and genders. Dale holds a certification in Health Coaching and is an advocate for positive body images. She has experience in teaching yoga/fitness training and helps TRUE models meet their nutritional goals and stay fit.  She is an advocate for healthy mindsets, eating habits and lifestyles and supports the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA).

She is an instructor at The Fashion Institute of Technology, a board member of the DRAM conferences, Women and Fashion Filmfest and creator of the organization’s Girls’ Empowerment Fashion Runway show. She is also working with New York organizations to bring more clothing manufacturing to America.  She is a first generation, patriotic U.S. citizen who was recently nominated as an emerging leader on the board of The Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation.

She brings her commitment to community support and a healthy lifestyle into the running of her company. She will share her own personal story and explain how blood donors helped save her life when she was involved in a life-threatening car accident in 2001. Niki Taylor is one of the most successful international models of all time, is recognized worldwide for her exquisite grace and sparkling personality. She began modeling at 13, first appearing on the cover of Vogue at age 15, the youngest model ever to do so. In 2001, Niki was critically injured in a near-fatal car accident, for which she credits blood transfusions with saving her life. She received more than 100 transfusions during her treatment, and it took more than 300 blood donors to provide the blood she needed to survive. Niki’s experience has led her to become a strong supporter of the American Red Cross and the Nexcare Give Campaign.
